Also known as Peron Sprayless. The compact vines are fairly disease-resistant. Deep-red, dual-purpose canning and slicing sort.
Smooth, slightly oblate fruit is very dense-fleshed and meaty, and show very little core. Skins are very thick and tough, simplifying peeling when processing, and making the crack-resistant fresh fruits keep extremely well. Fruit runs 3-6 ounces; flavor is very good, and sweet enough for fresh use as well.
